On Your Arrival and Departure

Once we have received your full payment we will forward your booking details to Butlins. They will then prepare a welcome pack for your arrival which will include an entertainment guide, map of the site, entertainment passes where necessary and of course, the keys to your holiday home.
Please remember to take your booking form together with photographic identification with you to present to staff in the caravan booking reception at Butlins Main Entrance.
Check-in time is 4.00pm but you may enter the Butlins site from 12.00 mid-day and use all their facilities while you wait. On departure day, guests must vacate the caravan by 10.00am so that the cleaners may enter. Keys must be returned to the key safe for the next guests.

What you will need to pack

You will need to take: quilt covers, bottom sheets and pillow cases for all beds that will be used. Quilts and pillows are provided. 
You will need to take your own towels including tea-towels.
